1.Tell me about yourself?

My name is Tanjid. I am 20 years old. I am a student. . Our school information and telecommunication technology. My future careers are telecommunication and network’s engineer.

2. What are your greatest strengths?

My greatest strengthas are hardworking, honest, workaholic, short of something, responsible at work and more experience for others.

3. Where do you see yourself five years after from now?

The five years after from now I will do my career’s work. And I will more learn about work so my career’s skill add than now. Maybe five years after I will become mobile telecommunication company’s director.

4. Looking back, what would you do differently in you life?

I want do changes in my life. The anyone change is very important in my this life if I can do change in this life at the time I will be very happy. However now I don’t know do any change, maybe I’m need entried at your company.

5. What extra curricular activities were you involved in?
I don’t like it, but I am must extra curricular activities I do it.

6. What have you learned from participation in extracurricular-activities?
In extracuricular-activities I learned not late at work and lesson. I learned short work of something. I knewn time is a gold and what is a money.

7. Describe your ideal company , location and job. How do you think you can develop the organization?

I think that company must at my home. The company’s environment must clean and compartable. I want work in job, because my job is very interesting for me.

8. What and in what ways do you think you can make a contribution to our organization?

In organization I tread responsible any work. I can make new idea and invention. Then I will implement these things on my work. I will always search how I can develop own organization.

9. What makes a job enjoyable for you? What two or three things would be most important to you in your job?

I like my career because an engineer is a very difficult job everyone it can not do. I always brave my career.

10. Can you work under pressure ?

I can not work under pressure because I’m prefer work free. The work under pressure is very hard for me, so I never can it.
11. How important is communication and interaction with others on your job?

This is very important on my job because now time communication and interaction are way of develop. I always ready communication and interation with someone.

12. Do you prefer to work by yourself or with others?

I am prefer to work with others because I think I’m very communication man so it is easy for me.

13. What are your long-range goals and objectives?
My long-range goals are I will learn away in foreign country, I will good career and I am going to entreid at anyone foriegn company.

14. What are your short-range goals and objectives?
My short-range goals are I will graduated university, I am going to learn more better English and I am going to learn Japan language.

15. How do you plan to achieve your career goals?
I work away my job and I will become international workman. Then I will be interact with foreign big group. After all I will inter working in foreign company.

16. What do you think you gained by working in your last job (studying in your school) ? What were you responsible for? What did your job involve?

I think I gained many thinks in my university. Most important is learned of my professional’s more knowledge. And I owned professional English language.

17. Why do you want to work for this company?

I know about this organization very well. Because this organization is larger than one of the Mongolia. I working in this organization is my dream’s one part. I think this organization can develop our country.

18. What type of position do you think you are suited for? How would you describe the position we have to offer?

I’m studying by telecommunication engineer. Therefore I want to work by this profession. Work good satisfaction and reasonable salary.

19. What aspects of the position are you most interested in? How long do you think you would stay with us?

I interest telecommunication engineer so I would stay more than 10 years with you. I want to work stable.
20. What salary would you expect for this position?

I would expect 400.000 tug for this position.
